- ●2 cups broccoli florets
- ●1 tbsp olive oil
- ●1 tbsp tahini
- ●Juice of

- ●¼ tsp

Prep broccoli: Wash and dry. Toss with ½ tbsp olive oil and ¼ tsp salt. Roast broccoli: Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes until edges brown. Season salmon: Rub with remaining oil, salt, and pepper. Grill salmon: Grill or pan sear 4 – 5 minutes per side until flaky and 145°F inside. Make drizzle: Mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and 1 tbsp warm water. Serve: Plate salmon with broccoli. Drizzle sauce.
