- ●2 cups cauliflower rice
- ●½ cup diced bell pepper
- ●½ cup diced celery
- ●1 tbsp olive oil
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●½ tsp paprika

- ●Optional: chopped parsley

Prep veggies: Wash and dice bell pepper and celery. Cook turkey: Heat oil in skillet. Add turkey. Cook 6–8 minutes until browned and 165°F inside. Add veggies: Stir in bell pepper, celery, and cauliflower rice. Cook 5 – 6 minutes until tender. Season: Add garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Stir well. Finish: Top with parsley and serve hot.
