- ●2 cups zucchini noodles
- ●¼ cup coconut milk
- ●1 egg
- ●Juice of
- ●½ lemon
- ●1 tbsp coconut oil

- ●Optional: chopped parsley or dill

Cook turkey: Heat coconut oil. Cook turkey 6–8 minutes until browned and 165°F inside. Steam zoodles: Steam 2 minutes until tender. Mix: Combine turkey, zoodles, egg, coconut milk, and salt. Bake: Pour into greased dish. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until set. Drizzle: Mix lemon juice and herbs. Spoon over bake.
