- ●¼ cup canned coconut milk
- ●½ tsp grated ginger
- ●¼ tsp cinnamon
- ●Pinch of salt

Steam cauliflower: Cook in steamer or microwave until soft (~ 4 minutes). Simmer: In saucepan, combine cauliflower, coconut milk, ginger, cinnamon, and salt. Simmer 3 – 4 minutes until creamy. Finish: Stir well. Top with optional seeds or nuts.
