- ●1 cup shredded cabbage
- ●2 tbsp coconut milk
- ●1 tsp coconut oil

Sauté cabbage: Heat coconut oil. Cook cabbage 3 – 4 minutes until tender. Nest and crack: Form cabbage into two nests. Crack one egg into each. Cover and cook: Cover pan and cook 3 – 4 minutes until eggs are set. Drizzle: Warm coconut milk and drizzle over nests. Season.
