Whisk eggs with salt. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour eggs into pan and swirl to form a thin crepe. Cook 2 – 3 minutes until set. Remove and cool slightly. Fill with chopped kimchi and roll into wraps. Garnish with scallions if desired.
