- ●1 cup steamed cauliflower florets
- ●2 tbsp coconut milk
- ●1 tsp coconut oil

- ●Pinch of salt

Cook turkey: Heat coconut oil. Add turkey and garlic powder. Cook 5 – 6 minutes until browned and 165°F inside. Steam cauliflower: Cook until soft. Mash with coconut milk and salt. Assemble: Place mash in bowl. Top with turkey. Season: Add optional herbs.
