- ●1 tbsp mustard or Greek yogurt
- ●1 tsp olive oil

Add lemon juice or garlic powder. Serve with a side of sauerkraut or greens.

Sauté tempeh in oil until golden. Wash and scoop cucumber halves to create boats. Spread mustard or yogurt inside each boat. Add tempeh slices and garnish.
